Let us work out what is still possible

Start with the deadline: when the old apartment has to be clear and when the new building will let you move in. Then tell us what is coming and how much packing remains. That gives us enough to assess the job against the time available.

If you have already made arrangements with building management, send them through. We can coordinate the certificate of insurance directly with management once we have its contact or written requirements. The building’s permitted hours still need to work with the move.

You do not need to reconstruct the whole plan from memory. An existing item list, photos of the packed rooms or the building’s moving instructions can help us understand the job quickly.

Flag anything that has changed since the original plan, such as another collection address or furniture that still needs taking apart. We will explain the work we can accept and send a written quote before you book.

Can you move me today or tomorrow?

Call with the addresses, inventory and required time. Availability depends on the specific date and job, and we need to confirm it directly before you can rely on a booking.

My movers cancelled. What information should I send?

Send the moving date, addresses, item list and any building instructions you already have. Tell us what is still unpacked or unresolved so we can assess the work accurately.

Is it too late if nothing is packed?

Tell us how much packing remains. We offer full and partial packing, normally on moving day, and will check whether the combined job fits your requested date.

Does submitting the form reserve a move?

No. We confirm availability and the booking directly. We respond to quotes and messages within one business day; call when you have a more immediate deadline.

How is a last-minute move priced?

We quote the actual move, including inventory, route, access and any packing or storage agreed. You receive a guaranteed flat price for that work before booking. The price does not rise because the move takes longer.

Can you still arrange a COI for my building?

Send the management contact or requirements as soon as possible. We handle COI coordination, but the building must confirm its own access and approval arrangements for the date.
