Those two are what a building can hold you up on, so they leave our desk ahead of everything else. The quote itself prices the move you described, down to the stair count at both doors.

Packing that fits inside a shortened week
Closets and kitchens eat most of the packing time. The clothes go into wardrobe boxes straight off the rail, and the glassware gets wrapped one piece at a time. A kitchen packs the same whether you had a month of warning or a weekend. Every box we fill gets a room label and rides on the price you already agreed.
Storage, picked up and brought back
If the new place isn’t ready yet, we arrange the storage and load your things in ourselves, still wrapped from the move. When you have the keys, we bring it all back.

My movers cancelled. Can you take the job over?
Send the quote form with everything you handed the other company, down to the flights of stairs at each end. We price it from scratch on those answers and send back a guaranteed price with a firm yes or no on your date.
Is the flat fee still guaranteed on short notice?
It can. The form asks for what a walkthrough would find, the furniture list and the stair count at each address. A price built on those answers holds whether you booked six weeks out or six days.
Can you promise my date is available?
No mover can responsibly say yes before looking at the calendar and the job together. Put your date in the form and we'll answer either way, with a price attached if we can take it.
Is there time to sort the COI and the elevator?
Name the building and its management company in the form and we take both up with them directly, the certificate first and the freight elevator right behind it. Management offices work to their own timetable, so the building name is the first thing worth typing.
Nothing is packed. Is that a dealbreaker?
No. Packing joins the booking at whatever size you need, from the kitchen shelves alone up to every last closet. The one guaranteed price covers those boxes along with the move.
What if the old lease runs out before the new place is ready?
A gap like that is what arranged storage is for. Your belongings leave the old apartment on schedule and wait in storage until the new place can take them. Put both dates in the form and the quote prices the whole thing as one move.
