Getting rid of a piece of furniture often stalls at getting it out of the apartment. Tell us what you want removed and where it is. We assess the items and access, then quote the removal work before the collection.

You can ask about a single piece or a larger clear-out. Photos help show the amount, especially when there is a mixture of furniture, boxes and smaller items. If anything is staying in the room, identify it clearly so the removal list is unambiguous.

Usable items may be donated or recycled. Tell us about their condition when you inquire, particularly if a piece is still in good working order.

If you have already promised furniture to a friend or buyer, keep it off the removal list. We can also quote furniture transport to a specific address when something is being passed on rather than cleared out.

Will you collect just one unwanted item?

Yes. Send the item, approximate size, address and floor. We will confirm whether we can accept it and quote the collection.

Can you clear an apartment?

Send the rooms and contents involved, with clear instructions about what stays. We will review the job and confirm the agreed removal list before booking.

Can removal happen on the same day as my move?

Include it with the moving inquiry and keep the removal list separate from the belongings being delivered. We will confirm whether both jobs can be included on your requested date.

What items can you not take?

Describe the contents before booking, including any liquids, chemicals or unusual material. We will check acceptance and flag items we cannot take before the collection is agreed.

Do you donate or recycle items?

Usable items may be donated or recycled. If you need a particular item delivered to a named person or organization, request that delivery explicitly so it can be assessed as moving work.

How is junk removal priced?

The amount, item sizes and access determine the work. We send a flat quote for the agreed removal. If more items are added, update the list or photos before the date so we can review the price with you.
