Work out the fit before pickup
A good price on a secondhand table becomes less exciting when nobody has measured the stairwell. Before you commit to a pickup, check the piece’s dimensions and how it gets out of the seller’s place and into yours.
Send us photos of the furniture and any tight doorways or stair turns. We can offer a free video or in-person survey when the fit needs a closer look. Furniture is wrapped and padded for the move; tell us about fragile surfaces or existing damage so we can assess the particular piece.

Keep any instructions you have with the piece, and make sure a seller or pickup contact knows what is being collected. That is especially useful when you will only be at the delivery address.

Will you move just one sofa?
Yes. A single sofa, table, bed or other piece can be quoted on its own. We need its size and the access at pickup and delivery to assess the move.
How is a furniture move priced?
We look at the piece, route, access and any additional work you request, then send a guaranteed flat quote. The agreed price does not depend on how long the move takes.
Can you collect furniture I bought online?
Yes. Share the seller’s address, a pickup contact and the item details. Confirm that the seller can provide access during the collection window agreed for your booking.
Do you handle a COI for a furniture delivery?
Yes. If either building requires a certificate of insurance, send its management contact or written requirements. We coordinate directly with management.
Can you take the old furniture away as well?
Include a separate removal list with your inquiry. We will confirm whether the delivery and junk removal can be included in the same booking.
