When the quote arrives

Between now and moving day

Keep us up to date as your plans take shape.

When the building sends its rules

Forward them with the management contact. Keepsake will take the coordination and certificate of insurance from there.

When the list grows

Tell us about changes to the belongings, addresses, access or stops before moving day so we can update your quote.

If Keepsake is packing

Packing happens on moving day, or on the first day of an agreed two-day move. Your quote will say which arrangement applies.

Before the first box leaves

Keep your keys, phone and first-night bag with you. They are much less useful halfway down the truck.

On moving day

We’ll handle the work you’ve booked.

The crew follows the move you have agreed, wrapping, padding, labelling and carrying what is listed in your quote. Traffic or stairs can make the day longer, but they do not make the guaranteed price grow.

Reply to the confirmation if the move changes. If something isn’t right after the move, send a written note and any useful photos so there’s a clear record.
