For a permanent move, we can review the whole home in a free video or in-person survey. If you are setting up a second place, identify the furniture and boxes leaving New York so the quote reflects that smaller part of the household.

Miami, Tampa and Orlando are different destinations, so include the full property address when we discuss the route. Tell us when you can receive the move and whether any part of your travel or home handover is already fixed.

Packing and preparation

Prepare for the place receiving the move

If you have only visited the Florida property briefly, ask for its moving instructions before committing to dates. A management contact, entrance details and any access window help us understand what is needed at delivery. We coordinate directly on COI requirements when a building has them.

For the New York packing, choose selected rooms or the whole home. Tell us about artwork, antiques or a piano during the survey, and ask about arranged storage if the new place is not ready yet.
