Start with the rooms, furniture and boxes heading south, then add anything leaving a storage area or closet. The quote will follow that keep list.

Can you pack only the belongings going to Florida?

Yes. Packing can cover the southbound pieces, selected rooms or the whole home. Mark what is going and what is staying so both lists match.

What if the Florida condo association has moving rules?

Send the management contact or written requirements. We coordinate directly with management and handle the COI for the move.

Our lease ends before the Florida closing does. What happens in between?
