NYC to Colorado movers with one guaranteed price to the Rockies
The hard part of a Colorado move is the New York morning, when the couch still has to come down the stairs and the truck needs a legal place on the block. The whole run west is quoted as one flat price, guaranteed before anything is carried out.

NYC to Colorado
Your management company hears from us first
We send the certificate of insurance to your management company and stay on it until it comes back approved, and the freight elevator is booked in our name where your building runs one. The truck also needs a legal length of curb outside your door, and we settle that days ahead of the load-out. If you’d rather cover those details out loud, call (212) 203-3171.
The drive west is ours too. Your belongings go onto our truck at the New York load-out and come off it at the Colorado address, with anything upholstered or breakable travelling padded and strapped for the distance. Your Colorado delivery date is written on the same page as the price, and you are holding both before you sign anything.
Where you're landing
Where the Colorado run ends
New York to Denver
A RiNo loft usually means a freight elevator and a dock to back into, while a bungalow near Wash Park means a straight carry over the front lawn.
Get your flat quoteNew York to Boulder
Plenty of Boulder streets are too tight for a truck to sit outside the door, so tell us how close we can park and the longer carry is inside the price.
Get your flat quoteNew York to Colorado Springs
Colorado Springs adds another seventy miles of I-25 south of Denver, and the quote counts those miles before you ever see the price.
Get your flat quoteNew York to Fort Collins
Fort Collins stretches the run north of Denver on I-25, and the price agreed back in New York is still the price when the truck doors open there.
Get your flat quoteAurora, Lakewood and the Denver suburbs
Littleton, Golden, Arvada and Broomfield usually mean a driveway wide enough to back the truck up to the door, and they sit inside the same guaranteed price as Denver.
Get your flat quoteWhole apartments and houses
A studio gets the same padding as a full family house, and each carton carries the name of the Colorado room it belongs in, so the truck unloads straight into place.

Your quote is a guaranteed flat fee for the whole job. If moving day runs long, you still pay the number you agreed.
Flat-fee pricing
How a New York to Colorado quote gets its number
- The size of what is moving
- the sofa and the cartons stacked behind it claim a share of the truck, and that space is the biggest part of the price.
- The distance to the Front Range
- the drive runs close to eighteen hundred miles, and all of it is counted before the price reaches you.
- What both buildings are like
- a fifth-floor walk-up in Manhattan puts every box on somebody's shoulder, while a garden-level in Denver is a few steps down from the ramp, so we ask about both ends early.
- The New York curb
- if the spot outside your door empties for street cleaning on loading morning, we work out where the truck stands instead, days before you see a crew.
- Any packing you hand over
- we can pack a few rooms or the entire place ahead of the drive, and it joins the same figure.
Add-on
Packed for the long haul west
Boxes crossing that much country get packed snug, because loose contents treat every pothole in Pennsylvania as an invitation. Ask for as little or as much packing as you want, from one shelf of glassware to the full apartment, and it lands inside the same guaranteed figure as everything else.
Storage, picked up and brought back
If the new place isn’t ready yet, we arrange the storage and load your things in ourselves, still wrapped from the move. When you have the keys, we bring it all back.
Questions asked before moving to Colorado
How does a flat price survive eighteen hundred miles?
The rooms you describe and the road to your Colorado address are both known before we quote, so the long part of the job is priced before anyone lifts a box. Once you have the price it is guaranteed, and a slow stretch of road along the way stays our problem.
Is an out-of-state delivery legal for a New York mover?
Yes. Our interstate authority is held directly by Keepsake, so your things ride with us the entire way from the New York curb to the Colorado one. Every registration behind that answer lives on our licenses page.
What decides when my things arrive in Colorado?
A January crossing of the plains is a different drive from a June one, so we ask which day the Colorado keys are actually yours before the price is built. The date we settle on is typed onto the quote you approve, on the same line as the price.
Can you do the packing before a drive like this?
We can, from one cabinet of breakables to every room you have. Mention packing on the quote form, or on the phone, and it is priced into the same guaranteed number.
What if the Colorado place isn't ready when New York wants me out?
Leases rarely line up neatly across a distance like this, and arranged storage covers the mismatch. Your things are collected when the New York lease ends and delivered once the Colorado keys are in your hand, with storage filling the weeks between. Give us both dates when you request the quote and the whole arrangement is priced as one.
How much notice does a Colorado move need?
Two or three weeks of notice is the comfortable amount, mostly because a management office can take days to sign off a certificate of insurance. If you are already inside that window, call us with both addresses to hand.
