Staging movers in NYC for realtors and home stagers
Your pieces travel wrapped, we file the COI with the management company and book the freight elevator, and the price is guaranteed before you set a date. Furniture goes in before the photos and comes out after the sale, on your schedule and the building’s.

Staging moves
We move the furniture that sells the listing
Your inventory has to look new at every address it shows in, so each piece rides wrapped and padded however short the drive between listings is. Set-down follows the layout you or your stager hand us, down to which wall the credenza faces, and by the time we leave the rooms are ready for the camera.
The paperwork that gets furniture past the lobby is ours as well. If the listing sits behind a doorman, we arrange the certificate of insurance with the management company ourselves, and the freight elevator is reserved for the hours the install runs. Our federal and state registrations are listed on our licenses page for any manager who wants to check them, and if a building’s rules look unusual, call (212) 203-3171 and we will talk them through with you.
Staging work
From the warehouse to the listing and back
Install day at the listing
Each piece comes off the truck wrapped and goes where the layout says, so the rooms photograph the way they were designed.
Price the installDe-staging after closing
Once the sale closes we wrap every piece again, walk it back down the freight elevator and return it to your inventory.
Price the de-stageWorking with your stager
Put us in touch with whoever runs the design, and we work from their inventory list and floor plan.
Get your flat quoteDoorman and elevator buildings
Managed buildings expect a COI and a reserved freight elevator before furniture crosses the lobby, and both are ours to arrange.

Furniture waiting on the next listing sits in storage we arrange, still wrapped, and comes back out for install day.
Storage optionsDates set by the listing
Photography and the first open house set the calendar, so send those dates early and the COI request goes in with room for approval.

What shapes a staging quote, and what it covers
- How much is being installed
- a few hero pieces for the main rooms or full furniture for every floor of the listing.
- Access at the listing
- stairs add carrying time, and a doorman building adds the COI and the elevator booking, so tell us what the front door looks like.
- Where the inventory starts from
- the pickup point counts toward the price, from a warehouse in the boroughs to a listing that just closed.
- The curb at each address
- we read the parking signs at both ends ahead of the date, so the truck is parked legally while the furniture crosses the sidewalk.
- One leg or both
- price the install on its own, or add the de-stage and storage we arrange between listings to the same figure.
After the sale
The furniture out, once the deal closes
The de-stage runs like the install in reverse. We wrap each piece in the room where it stands, pad the doorways and banisters before the carrying starts, and bring the load back to wherever your inventory lives between jobs. Price both legs in one quote, or come back to us when the closing date is set.
Storage, picked up and brought back
If the new place isn’t ready yet, we arrange the storage and load your things in ourselves, still wrapped from the move. When you have the keys, we bring it all back.
What agents and stagers ask us
The closing date isn’t set yet. Can we book the install?
Yes. Price the install on its own and come back for the de-stage when the deal closes, or ask for both legs now and the whole staging cost sits in one approved figure. Each leg is flat and guaranteed either way.
Who deals with the building about the COI?
We do, directly with the management company. Send the building details with your quote request, we file the certificate, and you only hear about it once it is approved. It is usually the slowest paperwork in the job, so it goes first.
Can our staging company coordinate with you directly?
Yes, and it usually runs smoother that way. Introduce us to whoever manages the design and they can send the piece list and the room-by-room layout straight over, so you are never forwarding floor plans between two companies.
What do you need from us to price an install?
Roughly how many pieces are going in and where they are collected from, plus what the lobby and stairs look like at the listing. The price is built from those answers, it is guaranteed once you have it, and a slow elevator queue on install day never changes it.
Where does the furniture go between listings?
Into storage we arrange as part of the same job whenever there is a gap to cover. Every piece is wrapped and written onto an inventory sheet at collection, then held until you have the next listing ready for it.
The listing photographs next week. Is that enough notice?
Sometimes it is, so send the listing address and the piece list over. What usually decides it is the building: a doorman listing needs the COI approved and the freight elevator booked before install day, and that paperwork sets the pace. We would rather say no up front than leave a photographer shooting around missing furniture.
