A staging move has a specific destination for every piece. Share the furniture list and room plan, along with any placement requests, so we can agree what the installation involves before the moving day.

Tell us who approves the placement and who will provide access to the property. We can coordinate directly with the staging company and handle building management’s certificate-of-insurance requirements once you send their contact or written instructions.

Plan the install while the closing date is open

You may know exactly when the photographer is coming and have no idea when the furniture can leave again. We can quote the confirmed installation first, then review removal when the date is known.

If the inventory changes as the rooms come together, send the updated list before collection. Tell us about artwork, antiques or delicate pieces at the outset so we can assess those individually as part of the job.

Can our staging company work with you directly?

Yes. Give us the name of the person coordinating the inventory, placement and dates, along with the contacts providing access to each address.

Do you supply the staging furniture?

This service is for moving the furniture selected by you or your staging company. Share the collection details and inventory so we can quote the transport and agreed placement work. For a simple pickup without staging, see individual furniture moving.

Can we book installation before the closing date is known?

Yes. We can quote the installation on its own. When the removal date and destination are confirmed, contact us to arrange that leg.

Can you move the furniture to another listing afterward?

Send the next property’s address, access requirements and requested date. We will assess the route and availability, including any storage gap between the properties.

Do you handle the building’s certificate of insurance?

We do. Send management’s contact or written requirements, and we coordinate directly with them for the move.

How is a staging move priced?

We quote the furniture, collection addresses, property access and moving legs you request. The flat price applies to that agreed scope. If the pieces or destinations change, we review the quote with you before moving.
