No. Give us both addresses and the best description you have of the belongings and access. Mark anything that is uncertain. If the move is easier to show, ask for a free video or in-person survey.
My building needs a certificate of insurance. What should I send?
Send the management contact or the written requirements. We will coordinate directly with the building and handle the certificate of insurance for your move.
What will my move cost?
The price depends on the belongings, access, addresses and services in your move. Start the quote and we will send a guaranteed flat price in writing.
Do you handle moves outside New York City?
Yes. Keepsake is licensed for interstate moving and also coordinates international moves from New York. Tell us the destination and we will confirm the route and scope in your quote.
Can you store our things between places?
Keepsake can arrange storage when the dates do not line up. The quote can include the pickup, expected stay and return, with availability confirmed before you book.
