If you are asking friends or family to help with children, pets or access, confirm their availability before treating it as part of the plan. A tentative “probably” is worth resolving while there are still alternative dates.
The date should work for the people who need to be there, rather than only the person making the booking.

Do not assume that a weekday move is always cheaper or that a weekend always carries an extra charge. Ask about the dates you can use and compare the quoted scope.
