Will my building need a certificate of insurance?
Many Bushwick loft conversions and managed buildings want a COI from your mover before they let us use the door or the elevator. Send us the building's requirements and the management company's details, and we issue the certificate to their wording ahead of the day. If your walk-up has no management office, there is usually nothing to file.
My sofa barely fit up the stairs when it arrived. Can you get it back out?
