Think about where the furniture is going
Before packing around a large sofa or dining table, check whether it belongs in the new place. Photos and measurements can help us discuss a tight fit, and a free video or in-person survey is available to look at the move more closely.
If you are bringing furniture from two homes, include both pickups. If only your part of a shared apartment is moving, our small moves service can cover that instead.
Make the building requirements part of the plan
Send any moving instructions from management at both properties. We handle certificate-of-insurance coordination directly, and the schedule needs to account for any access window you have been given.
For belongings that double as your business, explain what needs to be included. Keepsake also offers commercial moving for a separate office, studio or workspace.
Get help with the part you are dreading
If that is packing, you can leave selected rooms or the entire apartment to us. Packing normally takes place during the moving-day visit. If the dates are the problem, we can arrange storage while you wait to move in.
