Moving an apartment involves more than its room count

A studio with a work desk, a full kitchen and years of books can be a substantial move. An apartment description is a starting point; a free video or in-person survey lets us see what actually needs to go.

If you are combining households, explain which pieces are coming from each address. Include a second pickup in the inquiry so it belongs to the move from the start. We also take on furniture-only moves when the rest is already sorted.

Keep the building details together

When your building gives you moving instructions, pass them on with the management contact. Keepsake coordinates directly on certificate-of-insurance requirements. Share any access window you have been allocated so we can check it against the move you want to book.

Do the same for the destination. An elevator at the current address does not tell us how the sofa gets into the new home. If a doorway or landing looks tight, a photograph is helpful before moving day.

Choose what you want packed

Our packing service can cover your entire apartment or the rooms you would prefer to leave to us. Furniture is wrapped and padded, and boxes are labelled for the rooms receiving them. If your new lease starts later than your old one ends, we can also arrange storage.
